We're Now Even Cleaner!
As a Cat Cafe, a big part of our standard entry process is to take off your shoes and bags, and sanitise your hands. We have now also increased the frequency of entire-room F10 veterinary sanitising from twice a day, to after every session. F10 is safe for both Cats and Humans, as well as safe in food areas, and we have been assured that it kills 99.99% of bacteria and unwanted nasties.
Our maximum capacity is set at 12 guests at any time in the 40sqm Cat Lounge, meaning we have plenty of space for cats and people. We are now also only taking through small groups of 3-4 at a time into the airlock for sanitising. The health of our cats, staff and guests is - and has always been - our top priority, and we will continue to provide a calm and healthy environment to all.
Health Department Requirements
All of our staff have completed the Government mandated Covid-19 Hospitality Hygiene Course, and we have two fully trained Covid-19 Hygiene Officers, Pepi Mewburn and Eleni Platritis. Our floor is marked with 1.5m distant stickers to signify where it is safe to stand, and the staff will be limiting the flow of people into the cafe area. There are hand sanitising stations in every room of the premises, hard surfaces are wiped down every hour with F10 sanitiser, and the entire Cat Lounge is misted and wiped down after each group ends their session.
We understand that some restrictions may seem like an inconvenience, but we trust you appreciate the importance of keeping everyone safe, and as such, we ask that you kindly follow all directions from staff.
You can now reschedule at any point if you feel unwell
We have decided to waive our No Reschedules within 48 Hours rule for anyone feeling unwell. Even if it is only one hour before your booking, if you're feeling unwell, please do not attend. Just send us an email letting us know you're unwell, and we will happily reschedule you for a future date.
We look forward to hosting you!
