Thank you for your message!

Wow, we have been blown away by the sheer volume of well-wishes and messages of support. Thank you for sharing your stories with us and for your heartfelt comments - you are the reason we're still going right up until the end of April.

We have been inundated with emails, direct messages, comments and more, so it will take us longer than usual to get back to you.

Tickets, Re-schedules & Cancellations: 
At this point, we have almost sold out of tickets up until we close. That means rescheduling is very difficult. We can cancel and refund your tickets, and you can keep checking to see if someone cancels for the time/date you want, but we can't guarantee you'll be able to rebook, so please think carefully before cancelling!

Media Requests:
To all the media outlets requesting interviews, stories, etc. we thank you for your enthusiasm and the opportunity, but we have told our story now, and there is no need for us to add more. We're going to spend the last month in business doing what we love; having fun and providing a safe and welcoming space for all to relax and snuggle with our furry family.

1 Hour Free Parking is available in the Rowland Street Car park, just put your licence plate in the machine to get a free ticket for your windshield.

Hours

In order to ensure the welfare of our furry family, our hours are subject to change to adapt to their needs. If there are no bookings for a session, we will tend to close early to let the cats rest, rather than waiting for walk ins, please book to avoid disappointment!

Our Current hours are: 

Weekdays: 10am - 2pm

Weekends: 9am - 3pm

We do not have a business phone at this time. For fairness to all customers, bookings must be made online or in-store, as we cannot take payment over the phone. If you need to contact us about your booking, please email us and we will respond within 24 hours on business days, and 48 hours on weekends. 

We are inundated with emails and requests daily, we endeavour to answer you as soon as possible.
